2002, Free Project

The 13thparallel webzine was an initiative from me and Dan Pupius. The goal was to make a Dynamic HTML showcase, and to develop it as an open learning resource.

The completed site features an innovative text columning system, enabling an interface normally impossible on websites. The webzine has run for 6 months, publishing original articles written by ourselves and invited experts.

The mini-site available here shows the original interface and an article, but the links no longer work because we lost the database (oops). The original articles are still available in a simplified interface at 13thparallel.org.
